What happens if a selected player enters the transfer portal?
ICSL is a conference-based showcase.
Athletes are selected to represent a specific conference, not as independent participants.
Before ICSL Begins:
If a selected athlete enters the NCAA Transfer Portal before ICSL competition begins and is no longer affiliated with the conference they were selected to represent, their selection may be withdrawn and a replacement athlete may be designated.
If a participating athlete enters the Transfer Portal during competition, ICSL will work in coordination with the athletes institution and conference to determine appropriate next steps.
All transfer decisions and eligibility determinations remain under NCAA and institutional authority.
