Real Stories. Real Opportunities.
“In 2017, Tim Latiker created an opportunity that changed the trajectory of my life and career, Through his leadership, I earned placement in Mexico, which opened doors to professional contracts in China and Denmark. ICSL Sports continues that same mission–creating real pathways for athletes who needs opportunity.”

Competing at the Division 1 Level
“Growing up in Puerto Vallarta, I dreamed of playing this game at the highest levels, but I didn’t always know how to get there. When I was 12 years old, I met Tim, and that moment changed my path. The guidance and belief I received helped me take the steps from high school basketball in Tennessee to Liberty University, and now to playing professionally in Spain.
My journey showed me that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. When the right doors open, everything changes.”
